Shipping and Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, items can take up to 14 days to be delivered to you - this is simply because we make or finish your piece to order, especially for you.
All of our jewellery is sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Post as standard.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Postage is also available at an additional charge and can be selected at Check Out.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
At present, we are only able to ship within the UK & we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days
All Jewellery (other than earrings) will be supplied with a Quality & Hygiene tag - this represents the quality check that we do before dispatching your jewellery. Any return must be sent back to us unworn and with this tag intact.
If this tag is removed or damaged (including through wear) we are unable to accept a return.

It is important to note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) and bespoke or personalised items regrettably cannot be returned unless they are faulty*.
*Any item which is returned as Faulty will be fully inspected - if this is deemed to be a result of accidental damage, misuse or fair wear & tear the item will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or misused.
We do not cover return postage costs.
Please note, Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable.
