It is important to note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) and bespoke or personalised items regrettably cannot be returned unless they are faulty*.

*Any item which is returned as Faulty will be fully inspected - if this is deemed to be a result of accidental damage, misuse or fair wear & tear the item will not be accepted as faulty.

Please note, due to the handmade nature of our products, items can take up to 14 days to be delivered to you - this is simply because we make your piece to order, especially for you.

All of our jewellery is sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Post as standard

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Postage is also available at an additional charge and can be selected at Check Out
